Paul Halley Meets Composer Ann Carr-Boyd

Ann Carr-Boyd, photographed here with me at my Bundanoon concert, is one of Australia’s most famous composers. Ann’s brilliant music has been an inspiration for myself and many other Australian and international composers. Ann thoroughly enjoyed the concert and writes:

The music of Paul Halley comes from the heart. Its appeal is immediate and speaks to a wide audience, as he is able to convey a wide range of emotion and mood in his music. He is able to do this without a lot of technical fuss – ie, technical ability and technique are needed in order to maglie calcio poco prezzo convey the emotion in any piece of music – and in Paul’s music, the technical background gives way seamlessly to the emotional content.
